The inaugural meeting of the Elbur Avenue block club took place on October 24th at O’Toole’s Pub and Restaurant.

In addition to numerous Elbur denizens, Lakewood Councilman John Litten was in attendance to answer questions and address issues.

Issues that were discussed included:

• High speed drivers on Elbur
• The upcoming sidewalk repair & replacement initiative
• Early (too early!) garbage collection recently
• General neighborhood safety

Councilman Litten agreed to follow-up on these and other issues.
