The 6th annual Elbur Avenue block party will take place on Saturday, September 21 from 3PM to 8PM.

• WHERE – The party will be toward the top of Elbur Ave. just north of Franklin Ave.
• ACTIVITIES –
  • 2:00 pm: set up of tents, tables, and chairs will begin near residences of 1519, 1522, 1523, 1527 Elbur Ave.
    • Please bring any tents, tables and chairs you can lend to 1519 the morning of the party – Thank you 🙂
  • 3:00 – 5:00 pm: games, beverages, and music.
  • 5:00 – 6:00 pm: dinner – hamburgers, hot dogs, plates, and cutlery will be provided
    • Please bring a dish to share with your Elbur Ave. neighbors
      • EVEN ADDRESS = Dessert (cake, pie, cookies/brownies)
      • ODD ADDRESS = Side Dish (salad, pasta, fruit)
  • 6:00 – 8:00 pm: social time, more games, beverages, and FUN!
  • Kids craft table and traditional block party games. Water will be involved!
  • Please bring your own beverages such as water, pop/sodas, beer, and/or wine.
  • An invitation will be extended to our LKWD police and fire departments and local leaders.
    
• **A suggested donation of $5 -$10 per household can be given to Mike Callahan at 1519 prior to the party or on the day of the event, 9/21.
